The staff was very nice and helpful. We will stay there again even though we had some issues. Just as long as the hot water gets working and the kick up the hot water in the pool. The hotel is nice and very clean. Also hope that they can have night shift stop double charge guest. If it already says approved then just move on.

I booked a stay as a traveling nurse because it was close to hospital. Day shift front staff are very friendly and helpful.

No issues with the hotel, from check in to the bed to the bathroom to check out. Bed was comfortable, overall the room was clean, and a nice, hot breakfast in the morning. If i had to pick nits, the water took a bit long to heat up. Aside from that, all was well.

Hotel needed maintenance. Key card system is horrible and needed reset every time. The staff members were friendly and the rooms were clean, but all of them needed some updating/maintenance. AC vents were filthy. Stains on seating surfaces. Just not a great experience. Would likely choose another hotel in the area if I were to return. Also I’m an IGH member and that apparently doesn’t apply.
