My experience here was quite positive - I found the elevator to be a bit slow, but other than that, I had no reason to be disappointed. The night shift manager who checked me in was quite welcoming, friendly and helpful. Finally, the bed was EXCELLENT - one of the best I've ever slept in. All in all, a top-notch place to stay.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The first room we checked in to had an unpleasant smell, we called the front desk and were immediately switched to a different room which unfortunately had the same smell, I believe it was just the whole hotel. The front desk was very accommodating but the odor put a bit of a damper on our trip. The walls are quite thin so we heard the room next door blaring their tv all night. Overall it was just ok.

Cozy and comfy. General pleasure stay. Easy access to the town and parks. Nice lighting on premises after dark. Safe feeling. Great beds always sleep well here.
Rooms are clean and a nice hotel for a long week end stay!

First room had a fridge that wasn't working. Staff was great in allowing me to change rooms but however put me in the closest room to elevator and due to time it took elevator to arrive to 4th floor it was very noisy with people waiting and talking just outside my door.
Would have been an okay stay if it wasn't for that.

Awful hotel. Stay away. A/C very noisy, never shut off. No sleep t8mer on TV. Internet kicks you off every 5 minutes, good luck getting work done. No shower hold bar. Toilet seat very loose. Elevator very slow, dark and dingy

We were very pleased with ur stay. We would recommend this for anyone, but especially if you needed an extended stay. There was plenty of room, full kitchen, and a comfortable bed. Staff was excellent- friendly and helpful.

We had a queen room first but it smelled so bad we couldn’t stay in it. They moved us to a room with two full beds. The bathroom in this room was disgusting! Urine and hair on the back of toilet. Whiskers around the sink faucet!

I stayed in the Melbourne/Viera location for several weeks while in town on business. The staff was very friendly and tentative. They knew me by name after a couple of days! The room included all the comforts of home, it was clean, cool and the bed was very comfortable. The property included all the amenities and for the value, you can't beat it! The hotel is in a perfect area, next to all the necessities! I will be in town in the coming months for business and will return!

Our room was the best part of our 3 day stay. It was all we needed, clean, well equipped, and very reasonably priced. The laundry room was old and inadequate--only one washer and one dryer worked. Staff was welcoming when we arrived, but dismissive when we left. (Different staff member when we left than when we arrived.)
