Do not recommend. Hotel was not very clean. Bed was impossibly squeaky and uncomfortable.
Nice suites but noisy and not everything works

Full size fridge, freezer, and cooktops are nice. Would be nice if the ice maker actually worked. And when construction and renovations are being done, customers should be moved to other floors or at least notified of times of work being done in adjacent rooms so that they can be aware and not awakened to drilling and hammering. Very frustrating.

The staff at checkin and checkout were very friendly and greeted you with a smile. They acknowledged my loyalty status and inquired about my stay afterwards and were very helpful in answering questions about the local area. My sleep was great and the pillows were just the right density. I really appreciated the tent card for reference in selecting tV channels rather than having to consult the online guide. We elected to prepare our own food so the availability of appliances and refrigerator was a big plus for us. I prefer Candlewood suites.

The lady at check in was very sweet and helpful, but once we got to the room it was not so great. It wasn’t that it was just filthy, but not IHG standards. When there is snot on the walls by the bed it kinda turns you off to stay there again.

Very run down hotel, dirty and just run down, staff was to busy using their cellphone and didn’t know what they were doing

Everything was great until we checked out. We had secured the room with a debit card, but then paid cash once we arrived. Several days after we got home the debit card was charged. I have called twice about this matter and still have not recieved a refund. I first spoke with a lady who assured me a refund had been submitted, then today I spoke with a gentleman who was no help at all.

I really enjoyed my time at your establishment. I’m thinking about bring my track team there on 5/4/23-5/5/23. I like the fact that you allow pets even tho my daughter is scared of dogs.
No breakfast, hair in the sink

There is no free breakfast. No pool or hot tub. There was hair in bathroom sink.
