Convenient and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay at Candlewood Suites. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed sitting in the recliner in the evening. The kitchenette was well stocked and allowed me to make healthy meals in my room. I wish coffee was available every day. The ice machine in the Candlewood Cupboard was positive feature. Look forward to my next stay!

This was a great hotel to stay at. Staff was very friendly and helpful with requests for nearby eating establishments. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again if we are passing through the area.

I like the hotel and the night staff was very nice, I can't say the same thing about the morning staff. Their customer service was not good, and they seemed like they hate their jobs.

The professional staff and welcomed me to the property. I provided my number to the team who thanked me for my membership. I arrived in the room and checked it for cleanliness and operational functioning. The gym was outstanding, clean, and provided the needed and desired equipment. Check out was easy and the staff polled me to determined if I was satisfied.

The Kitchenette allows me to cook without having to eat out every night. The site has other appliances available like slow cookers for more elaborate meals

Staff was helpful. The cupboard was handy. I appreciated and used the free laundry. The rooms, hallways, and lobby were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Biggest concern is not honoring the price guaranteed upon booking. Then having different rates by customer preference. The chaos created during baseball events.

The front desk staff Amber, Laci are great and knowledgeable. Brenda and the housekeeping crew keep the room clean and always made sure we had what we needed. Wendy the General manager is a great person and helpful. Animal friendly and all staff has a great humor
