Upon arrival the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay. This was a stopover on our way to florida. The hotel was clean, and staff was quite friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

My current situation with not having a place to stay brought me to Candlewood Suites. I would like to thank the staff at Candlewood Suites for making me feel like I was home. The staff checked on me regularly and never once made me feel
my stay wasn’t welcomed. I really appreciate the staff and the hotel itself; I will always call Candlewood Suites my Home away from home.
On our way to and from Florida -- BEST place to stay with dogs.

We have stayed at Candlewood Suites in Rocky Mount 2X year for at least a dozen years as we travel from NY to FL and back. It gets better every year - and Greg -- the night manager -- still holds down the fort admirably. This place is clean, organized and professional and friendly. Hard to find a place that accepts dogs where we would feel so comfortable -- THIS IS IT. We would not hesitate to recommend it.

not a safe place to stay. There was a man scoping out our car and we were given no help by the hotel

Your Front Desk Staff was ever so polite, attentive and helpful. Our conversation was very light, which revealed a wealth of knowledge about the property. The staff appeared "proud" to be a part of the Candlewood Family. I enjoyed and will definitely be back real soon.

The hotel is getting older and the carpets and furnishings are getting soiled. Needs fresh paint, curtains and bedspreads too.

Great hotel clean comfortable very comfy bed Joni at front desk is THE BEST. Pup friendly close to restaurants. Great stay EXCELLENT HOTEL BEST IN ROCKY MT I WILL BE BACK!
