Very clean hotel! Wonderfully friendly staff. Fresh hot coffee 24/7, and a nice selection of snacks for sale also 24/7. Free laundry is great — no need to come home with dirty laundry. Good location a very short drive from FSU and restaurants. Excellent and stable wifi. Great value! Have stayed several times when visiting FSU.

It was great. Everything close by. My bed was so comfortable I had good night sleeps. Everyone was very friendly. I love that the washer and dryer are free. I was there for work. It rained most of my stay and was cold. Great hotel and great friendly staff. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

This hotel is economically-priced and is a perfect combination of clealiness, safety, location and staff friendliness. I highly recommend staying there.

Pretty good "bang for your buck". Good value for the amenities you have in the room. The full refrigerator and mini stove are very attractive for me and my needs.

Overall, a decent value. The customer service was excellent, and the room was a decent size and clean. However, some of the kitchen accessories one would normally expect were not present. In addition, the card lock on the door was difficult to operate and required you to insert the card in a very specific way at an angle, and frequently required several attempts to unlock.

Only concern was worrying about theft... the surrounding streets were loaded with pan handlers..

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I love the rooms, they were spacious and clean. I especially like that we had a joining rooms which made this stay with six adults much better.
Nice hotel for longer stays.

The room was comparable to our timeshare resorts. It was very homey and tucked away but not to far from the interstate. We will definitely going to be staying here on further trips to and from WDW. Exit 199 is somewhat half for us traveling to WDW. This location is the best well kept secret!!
The only snare was that our keyless entry would not operate and the clerk had to get a reprogrammed device to open the door. Very soon afterwards the maintenance lady remedied the issue..

The staff was very helpful, friendly and kind. We requested an early check in and our room was available upon arrival. My 7 year old had a blast and it was so nice to be able to bring our dog on our mini vacation. The hotel was quiet and clean. Rooms were nice and spacious. The hotel was located in a perfect location and had great area to walk you pet away from traffic. It was like we had a mini apartment. Beds were comfortable, easy to get around, loved the market were we could get frozen meals, snacks and breakfast. It was also helpful to have a fully stocked kitchen with plate, utensils etc. For dinner we used Door Dash and they delivered it right to our room. Overall we could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much to all the employees. We will definitely be back again.
