Staff was friendly, but hotel room was moldy. Other guests were loud. Water pressure in the shower was horrible and the condition of the shower was concerning.

We love staying at Candlewood Suites. Always spacious room layout and a kitchen is a must for us during covid, as we prepare all our meals or bring take out to our room during this time. While the location is extremely convenient, it is also in a little bit of a tricky spot in and amid an exit ramp, but the way it is angled, our room was nice and quiet. The staff here were great, friendly and very accommodating (we needed an early check-in). Very clean room, great beds. thank you!

We were greeted and offered an upgrade for providing our IHG account, which we did not have, however, the clerk accessed it, and there we were, in a gorgeous, splendid suite to spread out and rest our tired bones from an all-day drive from TN down the gorgeous Natchez Trace. We were returning home the following day, picnicking that arrival evening in our home away from home, it was such fun! We felt so welcome by our IHG family in Tupelo MS: We are coming back!

The staff was friendly and had a great sense of humor. We asked for local restaurant recommendations and they were happy to oblige. The hotel is in a very accessible location to dining and shopping. The driveway is a bit tricky as it is located on a busy street right past an offramp. I hope to stay again when visiting Tupelo.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Candlewood Suites. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was all that was advertised with stocked kitchen, spacious room, and very comfortable bed.
