Great team great stay

I was on a detail for 6 months and stayed at Candlewood. They were inviting and so helpful. I got to know the staff and they made the stay fun and great.

I had driven from Texas to Alabama with my twins going to Siouth Carolina. We needed a place to stay so we can get some rest till the morning to continue the road trip. After looking at the options in the area I wanted to make sure that the rooms were comfortable and clean for me and the sake of my 1 year old twins. Candlewood was definitely the best option. My family is military and we was offered the military rate which was great. Only one thing that was a bummer the TAXES!! That was a little disappointing but overall and other than that everything else was great.
Also no breakfast I understand due to Covid but at least a wrapped muffin or something could’ve been offered in a room package. But anyway it was COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN!! On my way back home will be finding another Candlewood.
We stay here every road trip.

This Candlewood Suites Is in a great location for those wishing to visit The University of Alabama.
Friendly staff combined with a reasonable price is definitely a WIN in my books!!!

House keeping would not clean rooms until after checkout. I stayed for a week, so my trash was never taken out, I was never given fresh towels, and my carpet wasn't vacuumed. When I called the front desk, I was told the location of the dumpster and told that I could take the trash out myself.

Love this place, it was last minute. It was a little expensive but over all clean and comfortable. I do however suggest a floor for late check outs as I was frequently awakened by house cleaning knocking on other doors.
