Candlewood Suites Apex NC is MY GO TO STAY. The staff is EXCELLENT… Always professional, polite, patient, friendly, and helpful. They don’t get get enough credit for helping making the guests’ stay more enjoyable. This Candlewood Suites is my go to stay, because it’s close to were I use to live in Apex and when I have to return for business/personal I prefer to stay here., Their rates are reasonable and I like earning the extra IHG Rewards points. The entire property is well managed and clean. Housekeeping staff are quiet and respectful when cleaning and helpful. The rooms are clean and smell fresh. NO lingering cigarette smell or trash on the floor within the property. The laundry room and fitness room’ machines are clean and well maintained. Hot showers any time of the day.
This Candlewood Suites property is quick and easy access on and off the highway. And, nettled between Holly Springs and Cary…plenty of food, shopping, restaurants, fast food and activities. Just remember if you get the munchies the area pretty much shuts down by midnight.
The only thing I feel this property needs… just like ‘EVERY’ hotel properties.. is more surveillance cameras and lights in the parking lot for security.. Not saying it’s not safe. It’s just that I prefer more.
The only thing I don’t like about ANY hotel property is the guests who don’t respect the property. And, unfortunately you encounter those individuals everywhere; no matter the rate of stay.

Having an in-room kitchen is obviously a key feature of this hotel. However, use of stove is non -intuitive and no instructions are posted (need to turn on a timer and then hold the on button for three seconds).
Bed was very comfortable. Some furniture was pretty worn and door must be hollow, as people in hallway yelling at their kids and dogs barking can be heard quite clearly through it!

We had a great experience staying at the Candlewood Suites in Apex, and will definitely stay there again. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our little dog liked the accommodations too. There is a large area behind the building where we could walk our dog. The hotel was close to our family. Tge location was perfect.

Check-in was a breeze. The room has a nice comfortable bed & large kitchen. There are a few restaurants & stores within walking distance. There's a cute little couch/tv area at check-in. They have "appliance" share rental cubbies which is an awesome ides - we were not there long enough to get to take advantage of that.
