    Convenient hotel outside the Boston area

    Very clean hotel with a perfect location. Just minutes away from the T stop. Made going in and out of the city easy and enjoyable. Bed was very comfortable, but automatic air system shut off frequently. Without continuous fans going, it was difficult to sleep. Other than that, excellent experience.

    Highly recommended for women traveling alone

    The rooms are very sound proof and the locks are sturdy, so women traveling alone will feel safe here. Well lit parking, and plenty of it.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for the first floor when I booked over the phone and I got a room there, which pleased me because they were 95% booked when I first called.

    Candlewood Suites is a great place to stay. I love the fact that we are able to have a kitchen available so that we don't have to eat out all the time. Having a separate bedroom is also great, especially if the person you are with is an early riser. I have never seen such a big bathroom in a hotel/motel before. The entire unit is great and I wouldn't stay anywhere else when we are back North visiting family.

    The only negative to our stay would be that we didn't realize there were no rrstsurants real close..... we did not have a vehicle. To make the stay exceptional would have been to offer a continental breakfast every day so that we didn't have to take a taxi to take us to eat!

    Two of the front desk workers were friendly and helpful. One was not as friendly or helpful as needed for a customer facing job. There were some noise issues and the suites kitchen drawers and microwave needed to be repaired or replaced. I was at the hotel for over a month. I requested refunds for the 4 days I experienced issues. I was told I would receive a refund for only 2 days. As of 6/12, I have not yet received a refund.
