I am a local American but my in-laws, who were staying at Candlewood Suites, are Nepali and speak little to no English. They felt very comfortable walking around the area and staff treated them properly.

I've stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. Rates are always affordable, and rooms are very clean! These two things are most important to me when deciding where to stay.

Great place to stay with friendly staff. I wish they had double queen rooms instead of double beds, but even so the bed was comfortable.
