This hotel has some major potential, I have only had 3 nights stay at this hotel so I cannot say that my experience was a fair representation of normal operation, but my room was not cleaned well and smelled of cigarette smoke.

I explained before in the review, but I'll explain again. basically the person at the front desk found out I was paying cash for a 3$ toothbrush and asked me to pay 6$. Also, the room was nasty. The floor was sticky, the dishes were dirty, the sink had hair in it, and the shower seemed to have never been cleaned

Would not recommend to anyone, very dirty rooms. Found condoms, trash and clothes in the room.

My stay was bad from the start. Was put right over the outside smoking area. Made the room reek of smoke. Plus the noise was bad. Wasn't until the morning, when the room was freezing, that I realized the window was not shut all the way. The stay started bad as there was not any toilet paper in the room, so had to go get that. While there getting that I also got an extra coffee pod for the morning. After i was woken by the cold and smell of cigarettes, I realized there was not a coffee maker in the room. So, after packing up and leaving early the front desk person said they would make it right. They never did.It has been a month and still nothing. Not sure how this is passing as an IHG property to be honest. Understand, as a Platinum member, I stay at a lot of properties and rarely leave a bad review, But this one was well earned. Also i called four times to speak with the manager, including today, and no call back.
