It was very nice and convenient that there was a hot plate already in the room as well as a full sized refrigerator and microwave, as well as all the silverware, cookware, and utensils being included with the room and the stay. It made the planning and cooking of my meals easier and an enjoyable experience almost as if I had never left home. I'm really big on cooking and the quality of kitchen/food so I was fairly pleased with the provided amenities and would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

The first thing i always notice upon entering a CLEAN hotel room is the linens. You could obviously tell the linens had not been changed (when the linens are fresh, there should not be any wrinkles on the sheets). I further inspected and found hair(not mine) in the bed. The dishes were not clean. The room was actually very filthy, lots of little trash around the room. I also requested for a late check-out but was only given 30 minutes more?? I understand regular check out is already at 12 but I didnt expect a LATE check out to be only 30 minutes. Normally a late checkout is an hour or more. They were absolutely unaccomodating even as a loyal rewards member, absolutely no acknowledgements. I advise all members to steer clear of this place. They will not accommodate you.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been nice, clean and comfortable (price is very reasonable) This is a pet friendly hotel, which is great bc we brought our little guy this time. The beds/room were clean, crisp and comfy. Front desk was kind and smiled (smiled) hard to get smiles these days :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious and clean, and was very neatly prepared. We had a full kitchen, a very nice suite, and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive. The amenities provided were more than enough. We really enjoyed the free coffee every morning, the little shop inside the hotel was very convenient, and there was also a lending closet. The location of this hotel was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again, whenever we're in town to visit family. It was a great hotel for us and our 3 kids.
