Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ALL AROUND OUTSTANDING Everything about this place is amazing. Patty and I sure hope I got that name correct, checked me in at 4pm on a Friday. You can not train that wonderful customer service. It comes natural. She needs a raise for sure. Her smile, her demeanor, her all around care is just simply amazing. I loved how she handed me a water when I walked in asked me what I was in town for and then remembered the next day and asked me how my conference went!!!! The hotel is nice and clean and comfortable, surely a good price for the amenities, made me not mind the fact they did not serve breakfast. I definitely will stay there again and again when I am in town. February 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn't disappoint I have stayed here for a total of 7 months over three visits in the last year. The care of the staff is what makes this place so wonderful. I always feel safe with the location as well. The rooms are clean and have been great everytime. I keep coming back for a reason and that reason is comfort. Patti and Mike make this location amazing but all of the staff is wonderful. Patti, thank you. Offering to take us to the airport. You will never know how much it meant to me. January 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall good experience This facility was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I encountered an unexpected on my first morning..;ANTS. They were in the pantry and had gotten into the fresh baked items, and any items not tightly sealed. Those items had to be discarded. The staff responded promptly and when we left the room they sprayed. This left dead ants on the floor, and some were still "struggling". I have never stayed in a long-term unit so am not that familiar with bringing in food items. I will still considering staying in this facility. January 9, 2014

ALSO HAD A VERY LARGE L-SHAPED DESK FOR WORKING. BATHROOM WAS LARGE AND BRIGHT, BED/PILLOWS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. NICE FLAT SCREEN TV. WALKING DISTANCE TO TX ROADHOUSE RESTAURANT WHERE THEY GAVE A DISCOUNT FOR BEING A GUEST AT HOTEL. FRONT DESK STAFF VERY HELPFUL & RECOGNIZED AS PLATINUM MEMBER. NO ROOM UPGRADE BUT THEY DO GIVE YOU A "STAR" ON YOUR DOOR AS RECOGNITION - CUTE TOUCH. LIKE STAYING IN A COMFY STUDIO APARTMENT COMPLETE WITH A RECLINER. ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO BRING AIR FRESHENER WITH YOU AS THE ROOM (NON-SMOKING) SMELLED A BIT LIKE STALE CIGARETTE SMOKE. December 31, 2013
