NishMolly (please forgive the bad spelling of her name) is fantastic! She has always greetede warmly and friendly. She is such a wonderful a person. I would like to highlight an experience I had with her where she went well above and beyond. One day, my flight had gotten canceled the day before my arrival and I had to take an earlier flight getting me into DFW pretty early. Upon arrival I called the hotel for a pickup and NishMolly answered the phone. She sent the shuttle over and it was t even noon yet. I’m figured I would ask if she could keep my bag behind the desk and I would go and kill some time until check in getting lunch and hanging out. When I arrived at the hotel, I got the standard warm and friendly “Good morning Ms. Torres” and she said she had a room for me. When I had called her, she coordinated with the wonderful housekeeping staff and arranged to have a room cleaned for me. I couldn’t believe she had done that for me. What a kind and wonderful thing to do for someone. I completely didn’t expect it since I was so very early and was prepared to go read a book and grab some lunch. She really is a kind hearted woman individual and we are all so lucky to have her working at the Candlewood. I always look forward to my stays at this hotel because of the warmth of the staff but really wanted to let you know how NishMolly has gone above and beyond not just in this one case but every time I walk through the door. Your staff is top notch!

The hotel is very accommodating. I lost my phone at the airport while waiting for the hotel van. I realized it was lost once I got in the van. When we made it to the hotel, the driver took me back to the airport to look for my phone. I didn’t find it, but I felt he went above and beyond to help. Great customer service.

The room was clean and welcoming. The window unit did NOT heat, the room remained at 60° ambient no matter the heat setting. The exhaust fan that brings “warm air from the living area into the bedroom knocked ALL NIGHT. No heat + noisy and nerve-racking fan made for an awful night’s sleep. Told the front desk about room 445 in the morning and never offer any compensation or apology. Had to go into work exhausted vs energetic.
