I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express for one night of a two week trip where I stayed at various Holiday Inn Express hotels. This was by far the nicest of the hotels I stayed at. The room was huge and[More]
absolutely spotless. It looked brand new. This hotel had the best variety of cable stations and the bed was very comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that but everything else was first rate. I would definitely stay here again in the future. [Less]

I chose the DT Baton Rouge location for my bridal suite. I got ready for my wedding there and so did my bridesmaids. The Bell-Man, I think it was Mr. Bill, was extremely helpful. He was charismatic[More]
and bright. He was always helping at a moments notice. He literally knew my name the second I showed up, before I even checked in! He was my favorite part, even though the hotel itself was great. I loved all the local artwork on display and how it came into play in each of the rooms.
The front desk staff, Ms. Niell and (I forget the young woman's name) were so sweet. They allowed me an early check in and while I was waiting for the room to be prepared they allowed me to store my things in a convenient room so I wouldn't have to sit with my belongings in the foyer.
The staff here is so special. You get that small town feeling in a big city. I have to say, if there were any people that needed to be commended on a job well-done, it was Ms. Niell and Mr. Bill and their staff. These people are gems. HOLD ON TO THEM!!! [Less]
