    We had a large family group in town for a memorial service and found this hotel to be very comfortable. Inexperienced staff caused some problems with using a third-party booking service but found more-experienced Kelly to be most knowledgeable and helpful in getting things resolved. Thanks, Kelly! All staff need to be trained in how to answer phone inquiries and how to handle third-party bookings.

    This Candlewood Suites provided exactly the type of lodging I wanted. It was clean and tidy and had all the amenities I required. I have stayed there a number of times and find it to be very well suited to my travel needs.

    Everything was excellent for this stay... Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, great price. No serious complaints at all...

    The only minor complaint was that the room's AC was not able to get the room below 69 degrees. Being a northerner traveling in southern Missouri in the summer, I was hoping to have a cold room every night, but it didn't happen. The room was not uncomfortable, just not as cold as I would have liked.
