    Price was right, nice rooms

    Had a good stay. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Didn't like that there wasn't any breakfast but I guess that is standard for Candlewoods so can't complain. I did like how close the hotel was to a few restaurants in the area. There's a subway a block away. Right next to Meijers too which would be useful if staying a long period of time.

    Great spacious and clean room

    My family stayed at the Candlewood Suites in West Lafayette, IN and had a great experience. Friendly staff, spacious and clean room with cooking facilities and a full sized refrigerator. it is a quiet motel with comfortable beds. We just booked our Christmas vacation at a Candlewood Suites in Texas as we felt the value was really great for the room we booked.

    Enjoyable Stay

    Good night with the Candlewood Suites. Get someone to look at the printer in business center- had some issues printing. Eventually got one of the computers to work.

    Poor service

    Arrived at 11:30 pm, no one at the front desk (sort of, keep reading). Went looking around to find personnel, even tried calling the hotel from our mobile phone. Waited 10 minutes for someone to assist us at the front desk for check-in. Well, after those 10 minutes,literally a sleepy head pops up from behind the front desk at the desk in the back. He was sleeping and didn't hear us talking or the telephone ringing for 10 minutes!!!

    The sofa bed was of poor quality, and the carpet in the room was dirty, and the room had an odor.
