We believe that this hotel offered great value for the price. The problem we had was the shower. There was no hot water and we simply couldn't get the temperature to just barely lukewarm. This would have been a bigger problem had our stay been longer; we would have asked to have been moved. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, we received an apology that I believe was genuine, but there didn't seem to be an attempt to hold on to us as IHG members.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Only issue was lack of insulation between rooms. Could hear every spoken word from room next door at 3:30am

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and nice. The bathroom was also clean and roomy.
