    In town due to my dad passing. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Those were the things I needed given the circumstances. It is close to hundreds of restaurants and entertainment. I will use this location again!

    Bad experience - had to move to three different rooms. The manager tried his best to address multiple issues but his staff let him down. One of the room had a toilet that wouldn't flush, the second room flooded from something overflowing from the room above and the third had a thermostat that didn't control anything - had to use the controls on the AC unit but nothing in the room pointed this out. The manager just recently took over this hotel and he will have his hands full. There are issues with the property and I didn't get the impression that the staff cared much for the guests. The third room had an empty potato chip bag partially under the couch - I don't see how the housekeeping staff could have missed it, and you have to wonder how they cleaned the toilet in the first room when it wouldn't flush.
