    First visit at one of these hotels. The bed was a queen but I prefer a king. Bathroom was nice...walk in shower since it was a disability room. I did not request that but it suits me fin.

    Called to see if she could call the room above to have them from making so much noise from jumping up and down. And her response was well some people suck sometimes. I hate that for you. I've stayed in a lot of places and this has happened and it was taken care of. And I wasn't offered a pantry item or my points. Poor customer service.

    The room above my room was loud and a lot of jumping up and down. Very unhappy with the stay. Called front desk to have them stop it. Never happened they didn't stop this was on going till early in the morning. Very disappointed in the stay and not getting situation resolved

    Not a bad hotel. Typically stay at the holiday inn pinnacle. Not sure why IHG only gives you half points for Candlewood considering your room doesn't get cleaned daily and there is no breakfast you would think you should get double points.

    For the hotel though staff was good room was clean upon arrival.
