Liked the location. The hotel was clean and didn't have an odor. The room was nice. Full kitchen. Nice bathroom. Tub was huge for a nice soak. HOT water. Hair dryer and iron/ironing board. Two queen beds. One softer than the other. So we got to choose the firmer. Lots of pillows that were nice.

I had never stayed here before and I decided to give it a try the reviews were good. The pice was exceptable. I have been coming up to Springfield for about 30 years to bowl. I have stayed in a lot of different hotels this was definitely at the top o my list. I will be staying here going forward. If it changes believe me I'm not afraid to say as much either. I'm not a real hard person to please but I also am not afraid to let a hotel know they are not doing well.

This hotel is a great value. The room was clean and updated. The cupboard had very reasonable prices. The beds were comfortable and we had a suite.
