The Virgin Australia Velocity Frequent Flyer Travel Bundle Offer  (“Promotion”) is available to individuals who are members of both the IHG One Rewards program and the Virgin Australia Velocity Frequent Flyer program (“Eligible Member”). Under the Promotion, bonus Velocity Points (“miles”)  are awarded to Eligible Members for each Qualifying Stay at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts properties during the Promotion Period (as defined below) where the stay was reserved through the  eligible booking channel and consists of at least two (2) consecutive nights. An Eligible Member may earn 1000 bonus Velocity Points in connection with this Promotion for each eligible booking.  The time needed for awarding miles can vary with each miles promotion, so please allow up to 6 weeks for the bonus miles to be posted to the designated account. 

Eligible bookings are those made at participating IHG® Hotels and Resorts through the official Virgin Australia Velocity Frequent Flyer Travel Bundle Offer  booking page, which may be accessed using the following link. Only bookings made between 1 February 2025 and 21 February 2025 for Qualifying Stays of at least two (2) consecutive nights, with a check-in date on or after 1 February 2025 and check-out on or before 30 April 2025 (“Promotion Period”), qualify as an eligible booking under the Promotion. Virgin Australia Velocity Frequent Flyer members need to be registered as an IHG One Rewards member, and select Virgin Australia | Velocity Frequent Flyer as their earning preference located in their IHG One Rewards My Account, prior to check-in. 

Qualifying Stays are stays booked under a Qualifying Rate (as defined in the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions). Note that multiple checkouts for consecutive nights at the same hotel will count as one (1) Qualifying Stay; non-consecutive qualifying nights at the same hotel may count as separate Qualifying Stays. In the event that two or more Eligible Members check-in to the same room, base miles and any bonus miles under this Promotion will only be credited to the account of the Eligible Member who made the booking. If an Eligible Member books more than one room at a hotel for the same or overlapping nights, they will receive bonus miles for this Promotion on only one of the bookings that qualify. No bonus miles will be awarded under this Promotion based on nights stayed prior to or after the Promotion Period. 

Participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts are those selected hotels operating under the following brands at the time of the Qualifying Stay: Intercontinental® Hotels & Resorts, Regent® Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants, Hotel Indigo®, HUALUXE® Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Holiday Inn Club Vacations®, Holiday Inn Resort®, EVEN® Hotels, voco™ Hotels, Vignette™ Collection, Atwell Suites™, avid® Hotels, Staybridge Suites®, Candlewood Suites® and Garner™ (“Participating Hotels”).  

Room types and rates may vary by region and by Participating Hotel and are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Any unused components of a rate are non-refundable. Rates are per room, per night, and extra person charges and rollaway bed charges may apply. Rates do not include taxes, gratuities, or incidental charges, including food and beverages. The use of certain rates may be subject to applicable agreements(s). Any misuse of such rates is considered a fraud activity under the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions. IHG One Rewards and Velocity Frequent Flyer reserves the right and discretion to withdraw any bonus miles awarded to an Eligible Member in connection with this Promotion, if fraudulent use of the promotion is detected, IHG One Rewards reserves the right and discretion to close the IHG One Rewards account of such Eligible Member. Any fraudulent activity relating to an IHG One Rewards member’s account or this Promotion is subject to the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, including any of the identified actions that may be taken in response to such activity. 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG One Rewards reserves the right to, at any time, and with or without prior notification, cancel, terminate, or amend the Promotion terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG One Rewards also reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion. Eligible Members must make any promotional inquiries by 60 days from the end of the Promotion Period. This Promotion qualifies for IHG One Rewards rewards but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion and has no cash value.
