This page is only for employees of IHG, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and other employees who are working at hotels owned, managed, or franchised by IHG or its subsidiaries or affiliates ("IHG System"). If you are not one of these employees, please use the IHG's Make a Reservation page to find your next hotel stay.
Employees must be eligible to participate in the IHG Employee Room Benefit Programme and present proper identification upon check-in at the hotel. Please refer to the IHG Employee Room Benefit Programme Policy detailed below for more information.
Please note that you must book your employee rate online or through the mobile app. Reservations will not be accepted through the call center.
If you already have a Merlin ID and have not validated your IHG® Rewards Club Member, please click on the "I have a Merlin ID" link below and following the steps.
If you do not have a Merlin ID, your manager will need to validate your IHG® Rewards Club Member number.
