Needed to be improved in certain areas.
First of all, as a five-star hotel, there is no designated area for IHG Rewards Club member to check in and check out. This is my first time ever to encounter in an Intercontinental hotel that does
not have that check-in counter.
I feel very dispointed since my status is not recognized and I was not
greeted as an plantinum member.
Of course, there were no welcoming gifts/ points offered as well.
Second of all, when I was checking out I had to wait to be in the line to check out, the situation was chaotic. Once again, this can be easily managed by having a designated rewards member check-in
Third, some areas of the swimming pool were restricted for no reasons. There were only 4 treadmills for running. Again, come on this is a five-star hotel but only offers limited treadmills??? The hotel is sharing all the gym, cardio and pool areas with an outside company, every time I was going in to do some exercise I need to checked by the staff, which was really a hassle. [Less]
