Featured Rome Hotels

We have eight Rome business hotels in various locations within the Italian capital, including central hotels as well as out-of-town options.

Even the busy business-tripper should make time to take in some of Rome's world famous landmarks. The Pantheon is not to be missed. This temple dates back to 126AD and is every bit as breathtaking as the photos would have you believe. It's not the only landmark in Rome that will have you reaching for your camera either. Don't miss the Trevi Fountain, the Fountain of the Four Rivers and Trajan's Column.

It'll come as no surprise that in such a historic city, there's a huge range of museums and galleries. There are over 80 in total and while you probably won't have chance to visit them all, do try and make time for the Borghese Gallery, National Roman Museum and the Vittoriano Museum Complex.

Shoppers will love it here. Rome is renowned for its markets. Head for the Campo de Fiori, the oldest market in Rome with some spectacular food at bargain prices. Designer label lovers flock to Piazza di Spagni where the surrounding streets are full of boutiques and exclusive fashion stores. There are 4 large shopping centres in the city as well, including Euroma2 and Porta di Roma. Both have over 200 stores as well as bars and restaurants and the latter also houses a 14 screen cinema.

As a major European capital, there are 3 airports serving Rome. From the UK, you can fly direct from Manchester, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Liverpool, London, Birmingham and other cities. Rome also has excellent rail connections to other Italian destinations, including Florence, Pisa and Pompeii.

Check in to one of our Rome business hotels and let us help you to make the most of your time in this stunning historic city.

Great place to stay. Staff so friendly and helpful.
By GerryH66
Would highly recommend this hotel. Don't be put off by the exterior car park (a bit shabby) or some of the surrounding streets. It's a 15 mins walk to the nearest tram station and a much longer [More] walk to the nearest metro station (drive to it and park for E1.50 for 12 hours instead). Staff (reception and breakfast staff) went out of their way to be helpful. We would definitely stay here again. [Less]
Good Hotel

Holiday Inn Express Rome east is a good clean hotel but with poor location too far from Rome city center like all the other IHG hotels. [Less]
Overall a fine stay
By IHATENYY
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Supermarket next door was convenient. Tram 14 was a breeze to get to/from main Termini station, did not mind the walk to the station and or the 25 minutes to the city [More] center. Once you get a handle on where to purchase the Tram ticket (Tobacco shop with the "T" right by the light...buy round trip so you don't need to worry about the return), you are good to go. Once you get to Termini, you nicely connect on to the Metro with the same ticket. It would be nice to have a wider variety of fresh versus canned fruit at breakfast but overall the bread/pastry selection is good (although I did have to regularly ask for the whole wheat bread to be restocked). I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Bonus travel advice...spend one day and visit Ostia Antica. Need to buy another train ticket from Pyramid metro stop but it is so well worth it. Better yet, buy the 24 hour pass and the Tram, Metro and train to Ostia Antica from the Pyramid station stop is included. [Less]
Tired hotel

Stayed again as it a hotel in a convenient position. It's ok but rather tired and in need of a revamp. [Less]
Close to airport on the way to city center
By Georg1967
This hotel is close to the airport but difficult to find. Its in a relatively green area in the outskirts of Rome. When arriving it looks old and rather more like a hospital than what you would [More] expect from a Holiday Inn. But the staff is very friendly, the hotel is quiet and the Rooms are nice. Good internet connection and selection of TV channels but only one German channel. [Less]
comfortable and clean
By radun47
Our stay was fine. We were at the hotel less than 8 hours. My only complaint was the amount of points it cost for a free room. It wasn't near any attractions in Rome. Only close to the airport. [More] 15 - 20 minutes away. I think it would have been less points were this hotel in the United States [Less]
Great hotel, excellent service and comfort
By mrs rde
Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Rosetta was extremely helpful in reserving an affordable, private car transfer to the FCO airport - great driver, great service! Room was clean, [More] spacious, quiet and beds with 4 pillows each, were extremely comfortable - best night sleep during our 2 week holiday in Italy. Wonderful surprise to find a full sized balcony attached to our room and the complimentary breakfast box was much appreciated for our very early 5am departure to the airport. Will definitely stay at this hotel during future trips to Rome. Thank you to all the staff that assisted us during our stay!! [Less]
Comfortable bed and great service
By mrsapb
We came for a week to visit Rome. Transport into the city was easily available through the hotel shuttle bus or public transport at a reasonable cost and taxis were readily available. The hotel [More] gave adequate information on how to get to the places we wanted to visit. The room was very comfortable and the quality of food excellent. [Less]
