Nice hotel stay
By Cheri99
First I want to say that the staff were very attentive and willing to help with my room choice and sightseeing plans. David, Maria and Coro spoke excellent English and were very friendly. The hotel [More] is located in a quiet neighborhood within a short 5-10 minute easy walk from the train station. The Tres Cantos train station doesn’t have an elevator however it does have a ramp to make it easy for rolling luggage. Next to the train station is the Mercadona Supermarket which is open till 9:30pm weekdays. I’m not sure of weekend hours. From the Barjas Madrid airport it is easy access to the hotel by using the C1 to C4 trains with a change at Chamartin. The C4 train will also take about 25 minutes from the Tres Cantos train station to the center of Madrid to the SOL train/metro stop. My room was a corner room with 2 beds and was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was larger than the normal Holiday Inn Express with a full tub. There are no refrigerators in the rooms however the front desk can store your refrigerated items. The free breakfast in the morning was very tasty and well maintained. Quiet area so restful sleep. I would stay here again. [Less]

The best hotel in the area
By keith.88888888
Excellent staff. Quite, able to sleep well, comfort, clean, secured access to guest room. Wifi is not sufficient when everyone is using during peak hour. Limited hours for airport shuttle bus, [More] taxi is at a reasonable a price to and from airport and there are always taxi available outside the hotel. [Less]
Business hotel far from town
mix of business park and residential area, nothing really close apart from big corporation offices as Nokia etc. the airport not far. well equipped rooms nice decoration. [Less]
Good stay in a quiet area
By Swisstraveller
Not easy to reach by walking from Metro Station Las Tablas) but you can access to the Hotel after a 10 minutes walk crossing a Park. Friendly staff. Good pillows, good bed. I will return. [Less]
A suitable hotel away from the city centre
By Scotsmanontour
Hotel is a mere 15mins by Uber from the airport. During the weekends there are a number of events which run into the early hours of the morning (5am for a wedding on 16th) which is easily heard [More] within the more modern rooms on the 1st floor. If staying, I'd suggest requesting a room on the higher floors despite them being of an older style and needing an upgrade. As a hotel to stay in for business purposes, it's fine. For leasuire, I'd suggest to look more towards the city as the metro line which takes you there is currently closed until September, this daily taxis will set you back some 30euros avg (return). A great hotel for short visit to Madrid
By Jim C.
Normally, I prefer staying in the centre but this hotel was close to the airport which I needed for this trip. It is a very clean hotel with lots of nice local shops and restaurants nearby. It is [More] very close to the Metro so getting to the centre was very easy. The staff are very friendly and and welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay here again. [Less]
Relaxing and convenient
By Lo21
My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Madrid. We found it very clean, safe, and comfortable. Additionally, it was close to the Metro which was a convenient way to travel to city [More] center within 20 minutes. [Less]
