The lounge area reserved for those with higher grade rooms was extremely poor. There was very little in the way of drinks of any variety, there being a half bottle of still and a similar quantity of
sparkling water. Three bottles of tonic and virtually nothing in the place in the way of food - biscuits, cakes, nuts etc,. The so called hot water in a thermos was luke warm, and it was not possible to have a hot drink.
Having stayed at this property previously over many years I can say that this is a recurring fault, only this time it was worse than usual.
The only positive thing about this area was the newspapers. [Less]
