This is my second attempt to post a review. OK here goes...My first review was rejected due to me naming a person at the reception desk that was rude. I encountered this person several time and each
time he was rude. I watched him with other guests too and he was rude to them as well. My wife was treated rudely by him. I cannot mention his name because that would violate the posting guidelines and that is why I'm posting again. Anyway to the positive... My room was great thanks to Fadi the front office manager. A really nice man. OOPS...I mentioned a name...Did I violate the guidelines? . I will continue.The buffet was excellent too. We stayed here for five nights. This hotel is large and very clean. We enjoyed our stay here and will stay again. All is well except.....well you know!! Oh and one other issue I took exception with. They charge for printing your boarding pass. WHAT!! Are you kidding me? It's paper. Where is the loyalty to Gold members. I have stayed with IHG hotels for years and years. All over the world. Burlin-IC, Warsaw IC, Krakow, Holiday Inn, Copenhagen, CP, Tel Aviv CP, and many times at Holiday Inns around the United States and never been charged for printing a boarding pass. .
