IHG Platinum recognition
By GoldCoast to City of Gold
This was may second visit to this property in the last couple of years.
There has been a considerable improvement in IHG Status recognition.. I received a superior room instead of standard, together[More] with access to the Lounge.(not standard procedure).
I would like to especially comment on the warm greeting and service i received from the Front Dest Manager Riad,,on being a return Platinum Member..
This property provides very good value , with some excellent services.
I will highly recommend this hotel to all.[Less]
Staff was very helpful. Room was very clean. Bed could have been a little softer and internet was slow in room (better in lobby). Overall, a nice experience and would recommend.[Less]
very enjoyable hotel
my wife and I enjoy this hotel very much...given the facilities, and the helpful staff, the price per room is actually quite reasonable. this is our third visit in the last couple of months (we live[More] in Haifa, but work brings us to Jerusalem fairly often) and we certainly plan to return. On this last visit (last week) we will given access to the "VIP lounge" which we very much enjoyed. I have no idea why we were given this privilege and I certainly hope to enjoy that lounge again in the future. They even serve a light dinner there at no extra cost.
The first of our two nights here we had dinner in the hotel dining room and were charged NIS 100 per person (instead of NIS 200) - some sort of "sale". At that price the meal was a real bargain - which is not what I would say if the meal cost 200 shekels per person.
Recommendations: ask for a high room, NOT overlooking Binyanei Ha-Ummah - unless you want to participate in the weddings held there every evening from afar.
We have not used the pool yet, but it looks very nice.[Less]
