Forgot to check how far the hotel is from Chester.
It is 13 miles I'm told which means between £21-29 each way by taxi.[Less]
When going to North Wales to visit a friend and taking nearly all day getting there, you need a the right place to stay and relax, and, this was it!!![Less]
Very pleasant stay at this hotel
We had been traveling a while before arriving and we appreciated the quick check in. Our room was just as expected, very clean and comfortable. The internet was VERY easily connected and we had a[More] good nights sleep even though it was very warm night because the air conditioning worked well.
One thing to mention is that the towels in the bathroom were soft and fluffy! A little thing I know but at some hotels the towels are a let down. The breakfast was excellent.
All in all an extremely pleasant stay.[Less]
Good food and friendly staff
First impressions on arrival were that the location was right next to a dual carriageway and very near an industrial estate. Also the building looked in need of a little TLC. However looks can be[More] deceptive and the position was not a problem.
We were made most welcome by friendly and attentive staff
Rooms were large and comfortable as were the beds. The availability of meals any time of day was great as was the quality.
Although the location of he hotel is at the edge of the City the closeness of the Park and Ride service makes it ideal.[Less]
Facilities very good and staff were very friendly. I would stay here again the next time I visit Chester[Less]
