Brand new and very clean!
By LizS
This Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations. Everything is very clean and very comfortable. Service was excellent. I only wish there was not so much noise from the highway. Having the AC on [More] helped with the outside noise, though. Ask for a room that does not face the highway. [Less]

Everything was great! The staff was very helpful, The location was perfect for getting around. The food was very good, I wish the breakfast was included or at least the juice and coffee. The room ac [More] cycled at bad intervals, get cold then we would get warm. I was closest to the ac an when on I froze and when it cycled off I would sweat under the blanket. I came home with a cold and blame it on that. But, we really enjoyed our stay here and will return. [Less]
Really nice Holiday Inn
By Laura R
I was very skeptical about staying at a Holiday Inn during my recent business travel but was very pleasantly surprised. Great shower, Great breakfast, lots of pillows to choose from, good bed. I [More] didn't use the fitness center so can't comment. I would definitely return to this facility. [Less]
Good personal

I visit Arlington many times and I always stay at this hotel. My visits are for a long stay. It is always good to meet people who make you feel comfortable. The Ms. Francis the front desk always [More] caters very well and solves all questions. At breakfast I've always been well attended, especially by Belmer. And happy hour afternoons with Roberto's conversation at the bar are always interesting. Since my stays are long, it should be more varied the breakfast menu, since they always put the same. I highly recommend this hotel. [Less]

Mostly good
By Christinem
Everyone was super friendly when we first arrived, but then seemed to ignore us the rest of the time. No big deal, but I did notice that happened to several other people when I was reading other [More] reviews on this hotel. Rooms are tiny, but comfortable. Location is really the best part of the hotel. Felt safe here with my family. Starbucks is a plus. Very clean. Elevators are a bit creepy, but got the job done. Be aware though, the walls are EXTREMELY thin. There was a party next door to our room with loud music and laughing at midnight, and the hotel security can only tell these rude people to be quiet so many times. We were on the ninth floor, and could still here a homeless person from the park across the street ranting about injustice at night. [Less]
good hotel in good location
By Texas geezer
Hotel is one block from metro station, which is a big plus in D.C. It's also walking distance from the mall if you don't mind a 20 minute walk. Quite a few restaurants in area, and nearby stores for [More] basic supplies. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. [Less]
