As a Gold Elite member, I was not offered the option of points or amenities. My sons and I stayed here for the game. I requested an early check-in, but my room was not ready upon my arrival. After
Ms. Sherron was very nice at check-in. I would have enjoyed a hot tub and the chlorine was strong in the pool. The guest and bathroom could use upgrades. Also, I did not receive a daily newspaper (unless IHG has discontinued the service). The valet Kevin, was unprofessional upon arrival or departure. He just stood there while others worked.
Dale was very nice to direct me to the outlet portal in the dining area tables. And the breakfast attendants were very helpful! Thanks!!!! [Less]
