Great stay for a great price in a quality hotel.
When I first booked the room I made a mistake on the date I was staying at the hotel. I then called the hotel to fix my error, and the staff were great to help me fix it immediately.
In fact, I had
booked my stay originally for a "Weekday", which is a "Lower Price" than a "Friday or Saturday" stay.
To my surprise, the staff allowed me to "KEEP MY ORIGINAL BOOKING PRICE AT THE LOWER RATE", even though my stay was "On A Friday", and was corrected to the "Friday Date" that I actually needed.
It was my own error in booking for a "Weekday", so you can imagine my surprise when they "HONORED THE PRICE THAT I HAD INCORRECTLY BOOKED", which saved me about $30.00 off my already "Discounted Rate".
That's called "Customer Service", and an "Aim To Please", even though "It was my own error". You just don't find that anywhere these days, especially when some hotels have some "Hidden Fees [Less]
