Home Away From Home
By Marg918
My trip to Portland was going to be for over a week, so I wanted a hotel that would provide me with all the comforts of home. Staybridge Suites provided all of that. I was able to do my laundry [More] partway through the week. I had a small kitchen in my room, although I didn't have to use it because the hotel has delicious hot breakfast served every morning and even serves dinner on Mon-Wed evenings. Although I didn't get the chance to use them, the hotel has a well-equipped fitness room and an indoor pool. The people at the desk were always very friendly and helpful, especially the woman that checked us in around 2:00 AM Saturday morning. Our flight was late and getting the rental car took forever, so it was wonderful to have such a kind, welcoming person receive us when we finally made it to the hotel. I wish I had gotten her name, because she made me feel like I was going to be right at home during my stay there. [Less]
Nice room

The room was really nice and the amenities were good. My only complaint would be you kept hearing the doors in the hall loudly shut. [Less]
2 Room Suite is Awesome
I wasn't able to get the 1 king and 1 queen room, next time hopefully. The 2 double beds and 1 queen worked ok. [Less]

Extremely convenient!
By kayakkid
Hotel is very close to the airport with a timely shuttle. Despite planes flying overhead, the room was very quiet and dark for sleeping. Beds are comfy and coffee readily available in the lobby. A [More] nice find! [Less]
Best sleep I've had at a hotel. Ever!
By Traveling Bear
I'm very particular about my bed, and especially my pillow. I've had some luck at hotels were the bed would be good, but the pillows terrible, and vice versa. This hotel had the best of both worlds. [More] I was able to get a perfect night sleep during my entire 3 night stay!! As a result I was well rested and energized to meet the demands of the day. Kudos! [Less]
