I had arrived earlier than expected and I asked if it would be possible to check in early. The staff member at the front desk said she wouldn't have anything ready until around 2 p.m. at the
earliest, which I undersrtand completely. I called back around 2 p.m. and she said she did have a room available. When I spoke to her again at the front desk she mentioned that there was a group of children coming in later that day and she remembered that I had said I was wanting to get some rest that afternoon, so she moved me away from them so that I would be able to. I thought that it was very nice of her to remember that and to do such a thing.
On the day I checked out another staff worker allowed me to check out late because my flight wasn't until 6 p.m. So I was able to stay until around 3 p.m. Without being charged a late checkout fee. [Less]
