I arrived about 3:30, checked in and went to the bar area of the restaurant for food and drinks. The bartender took my order and then turned on the stereo. I was shocked to hear what she chose to
play. The music contained vulgarity along with vulgar 4-letter words. Definitely distasteful in a family hotel/restaurant.
After the first drink, the bartender no longer acknowledged me. She saw me motioning for her yet continued her conversation with the staff and fellow patron. It was when I spoke loudly for service that she came to my aid.
I dont know the bartender's name but, she needs coaching in customer service and what types of music are not appropriate for the restaurant. [Less]
