酒店离地铁站很近，就在开发区万达旁，很好找吃的地方，离东风汽车公司很近，办事也方便。
硬件不错，服务到位。

在皇冠假日里面是不错的。待遇基本得到保证。餐饮不错，酒廊OK。

这个皇冠假日是我住的比较好的皇冠酒店，很新，各项设施很到位，还给我免费做了升级。员工服务也非常热情，就是前台速度稍慢。
不像其他假日酒店，对金卡客户还有离店回访。总体非常满意！

スタッフの応対は丁寧で満足です。
バスタブが欲しかったです。部屋によってバスタブがある部屋もあるようですが、私の部屋にはありませんでした。部屋を歩いているとカーペットの表面が剥がれてゴミが出るのは気になりました。
Above and beyond experience

I want to congratulate this hotel and its manager Lily for a service above and beyond.
My business stay was going great, and I had already been more than satisfied with the general aspects of my stay. Then, upon checkout, I needed taxi service to the plant, and realized I had no CNY to pay for my fair.
Lily was my hero making sure I got a taxi ride and solved my lack of CNY immediately. Lily and the head concierge made sure to communicate my destination to the taxi driver, and helped me regain my composure.
Lily was the best, and I thank her for being so helpful.
