Great Staff Service and Perfect Location

Checked into a room on the 12th flloor, with an excellent view of the city and a full body mirror. However, the bathroom had hair all over the floor. We were moved to 1206 which was very clean. The rooms are overall very nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable for me. We loved our stay at this hotel! Pierre was excellent and very helpful! We will be back :)
Crown plaza let me down

Even though I did not enjoy my stay at this particular hotel, the staff did their best with what they had. Management down to room cleaning tried their hardest to make the stay bearable. I applaud their effort. The reality was, I had more issues with this hotel over any other on this 2 month training trip. I was really looking forward to staying, but was very disappointed.

security was awesome the first night there I cant remember there names but they did a great job the valet on the 2nd morning the day of my surgery the valet man was very nice and cared about his job

I was at the Crowne Plaza for a birthday party. The event, front desk, bar, and breakfast staff were extremely accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

Decided to stay at this location at the last minutes and use my points to cover my stay. Overall the property is impressive, however the knob on the sink on the bathroom sink falls off when you turn on the water, the light in the mirror kept going to the to the dim setting and the soap dish in the tub was falling off the wall. Hard to imagine that the cleaning folks or room inspectors haven't seen theses items when they are servicing the room. It was late when we checked in and was only looking for a place to crash for the night, so didn't bring items to staffs attention
Be aware that this property has a hefty valet fee if you bring a car.

Staff was very nice and the lobby looked great. Lights, coffee maker, and TV were all unplugged which made me have to move furniture and climb under furniture to plug them in. Room was too hot, and could not cool down, even with the thermostat as low as it would go. All my coworkers staying at the same place suffered from the same thing. Breakfast was the quality of a cheap hotel with free breakfast, but I had to pay $19 for it.

This hotel did not disappoint! From the check-in to check-out, we were pleased. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had our daughters wedding in the Sky Room. The staff was stellar. I consider myself well traveled and the Crown Plaza Midtown is among the best I have ever experienced. Lisa took great care of us through the entire wedding planning process. The food was great the rooms were surprising spacious and the beds were heavenly! We will use the Crown Plaza for our next stay-cation!

My stay was horrible I had to change room cause heat didn't work and then no refrigerator to keep nothing cold had to go get ice from another floor cause there was no ice machine on my floor I wont be back

Poor. My coffee machine malfunctioned and exploded on my computer and luggage. The cafe was supposed to be open at 6am and when I arrived hoping to get some coffee in the morning no one was there and the cafe was closed. When I bought both incidents to the front desk they gave no explanation or excuse and did not try to make any adjustments. Just handed me my bill
When I received a call two days later they asked if they could come up to the room to fix the machine and I informed them I was already out of the city. They stopped the text conversation then without explanation

Parking service was handled by very,professional staff. check out was very timely.
