Poorest experience ever in hotel stay

Font desk guest service was very poor for a hotel like crown plaza.
It was a surprise not to have a microwave oven in the room.

We stayed at the Crowne a day to meet with old friends and attend a family Birthday party. The Hotels location, Bar and game room, made a great venue to meet with friends and family before and after the party.

This hotel was clean and beautiful. Had plenty of indoor activities for my son's friends. Swimming, working out, basketball court, shooting pool and shuffle board.

Staff are really friendly, food is good although it could take a while to arrive.

Please look at and read over the like and dislike of the survey. Room service needs improvement. Don't lie about not having food ans then try to make ut up bu bring us food you cooked up fast so we dont give you a bad review. This is what we were told after getting a knock on the door and handed wings. Nothing that we would have ordered.

Was very nice lobby and rooms whirlpool was still broken from last year staff very pleasant and attentive will be back
