Our Spaces

Flexible meeting spaces are integral to what we offer. All of our spaces can be quickly adapted to whatever your meeting or event dictates. Our dedicated Crowne Plaza Meetings Director will work with you to find the best space to keep your guests engerised and connected.

Every area is a meeting area

We have 15 flexible conference, meeting and events rooms to choose from.

Argyll Suite
This magnificent room can hold up to 800 people theatre style making it the ideal venue for exhibitions or larger business and social events. The room also benefits from its own entrance, bar and reception area making it totally exclusive.

Castle Suite
Sitting alongside the Argyll Suite this room can accommodate medium to large events and conferences for up to 300 delegates theatre style.  It also has its own foyer area and boasts the Castle Conservatory, ideal for coffee breaks or drinks receptions.

The Mezzanine floor
On this floor we have a variety of smaller conference rooms which are ideal for small meetings or breakout sessions. The Island Suite can hold 276 delegates theatre style and can also be divided into 4 separate rooms. While the Rockall, Malin and Hebrides Suites can hold up to 30 delegates each and the Orkney Suite up to 40 delegates. Also situated on the Mezzanine floor is our Conference Café where your guests can refuel and still keep the conversation flowing.

Executive Boardroom
This purpose built boardroom offers the ultimate in comfort, with leather chairs, boardroom table and a plasma screen, making it the perfect setting for top-level business meetings.
