Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room smells of old furniture, Poor service of Mei Hua Restaurant 1) The room smells of old furniture and old carpet. 2) The bath towel does not absorb water at all. 3) The service in Mei Hua is terrible. Ms. Ice and Ms. Tiffany of the hotel staff were very kind and helpful in taking care of my requests. The restaurant food was of top quality, although I may suggest a few more vegetarian choices. 02 July 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 硬件不错,服务有待提高 酒店设施优良,环境优雅, 大堂吧的钢琴曲很悠扬。 但是酒店卫生打扫的细节还有待提高,卫生间里有下水沟的飞虫,走廊里看见过蟑螂等。人员 服务态度和问话方式还应再提高,举例:我在餐厅用早餐,要一杯咖啡没有给我拿牛奶,我叫服务员给我倒点牛奶,服务员直接我“你要牛奶干什么?‘,问话太生硬,不符合5星级服务的标准。 01 July 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 硬件和软件的反差有些大! 原本多次入住洲际集团的多个品牌酒店,感受都非常不错,尤其大多数洲际、皇冠假日。 成为金卡会员后自然也会更加优先考虑洲际集团品牌酒店,但是此次的感受让我只能遗憾的说:可能是我的运气这次差了些,这家酒店碰到的一半以上服务机会都让人没感到被欢迎和尊重,反而有些被“质疑”的味道。 其中入住第一天晚上想擦皮鞋,一般这样的星级酒店都会提供免费的擦鞋服务,本能的拿起电话打到客房部,说出我想擦鞋以后,对方直接一句:您不会自己擦鞋吗?!我顿时晕倒、石化还是什么,反正我没想起来如何再接话,那好吧,我还是自己擦吧。之后给了自己很多理由来平复心情,总之,以后能躲开这家酒店还是躲开为妙吧,不然有一天会被这些硬货“噎死”。 看评论的您,要不要住呢?您自己看着办吧,当然如果没得选择的话,我就祈祷您的运气比我好而不会碰到这些奇葩! 24 June 2014
