Rude manager

Every summer I attend a conference in Syracuse, NY and stay at this Hotel. There's always an issue which I just over look. However this is the straw that broke the camels back. The manager Elizabeth has been rude to me from the check in, she has NO people skills at least towards me. I ordered room service it arrived with no utensils food was cold and hard. She offered a $20 food voucher ok great. Now, I needed a receipt for the cancelled charge which I got the run around. I order lunch to eat in at the restaurant. They bring the lunch in a take out and she says, "Oh I'm sorry for the confusion. This has been the worst experience from a high end hotel, totally unacceptable. I will never come here again. The manager need customer service training! How Kayleigh was exceptional great people skills. She helped a lot, and apologized for the managers rudeness.
