It's a short walk from your room for a night game, with a kids' zone out in the outfield, plenty of food and drink, and an easygoing, family-friendly feel. Parking nearby is close and affordable when you'd rather drive, and the riverside setting makes it one of the more pleasant small ballparks you'll find anywhere. We love having it as a neighbor.

Brick Pond Park is a short walk from the hotel, a restored wetland where boardwalks and a covered bridge wind past ponds and marsh. Come for a morning walk or run and you're likely to spot turtles, herons, and the occasional young alligator along the way. The main boardwalk and paths stay well kept and they're open daily. We think it's one of the best ways to start your morning in North Augusta, and the wildlife makes every visit a little different.

Sharon Jones Amphitheater

Just down Center Street, the Sharon Jones Amphitheater is North Augusta's outdoor stage on the Savannah River, named for the late soul singer. It hosts concerts and live entertainment through the warmer months, with festivals and smaller events filling the calendar. In winter, the space becomes a seasonal ice rink, and the surrounding Riverside Village keeps restaurants and patios close by. Check the schedule for what's on during your stay.
