Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by room cleanliness It seems like they haven't changed linens from previous. It was all wrinkle and smelly. The bath tub had a stain, and toilet was flushed. It seems like someone used the toilet, did not flushed completely. The worst of all, they charge me hospitality fee when I tried to check in, which never mentioned when I made a reservation via internet. The hospitality fee wasn't much. However,it is matter of a principle. All charges need to be clearly state prior to complete the transaction. February 26, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Construction is awful I was part of the hockey group that stayed at your hotel the weekend of February 13-17. I know you cannot control the construction of your building, but I was a bit disappointed. First of all, last year you offered free breakfast to your guests. This year you charged $10 to eat breakfast without letting the same families that stayed there know. I think that is crazy. Secondly, I had to book through a certain link to get a set rate on my room, but the only rooms offered were 2 queen beds. I have 3 small children and that option does not work well for me. There should be choices of 2 queens, King and a sleeper sofa, whatever at different rate prices. I would have been willing to pay more to get the room I wanted. Instead, I had to get a creaky old crib that we could only handle for one night because it kept waking us up every time our child would move during the night. He spent the entire vacation sleeping on the floor. Thirdly, PARKING...absolutely ridiculous. I understand it is essential to your business to cater and host other events. I don't understand why you would ask your paying customers to park at Target or risk getting their cars towed at the restaurants so you can cater to the people who are just there to attend an event and not spending any money at your hotel! On Saturday night, we were forced to park at Joe's Crab Shack and then needed to stay up until 11pm so we could try to find a spot in your parking lot to ensure our car would not be towed. I know the area of your hotel, and I needed to access our car very early the next morning. It is not safe to be a female and having to walk over to Target to access my car, by myself, at 4:30 the next morning. Finally, the fitness center and gift shop. I appreciate the fact that you had passes available to 24-hour fitness and access to the Marriott. What I didn't appreciate was being told my pass to 24- hour Fitness didn't work. Also, I can't imagine how much business you are losing by sending your customers over to the Marriott's gift shop because you don't have the basic essentials available. It just was not a very pleasurable experience and I hope your construction is done soon because I feel sorry for all those who are staying at your hotel until the process is complete. Plus, the fact that you cannot understand some of your customer service representatives doesn't help the matter at all. February 22, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointed Hotel is under major construction at this time. Elevators were not functioning properly and were constantly under maintenance, had a very bumpy ride on one that was apologized for. Ice/vending had to search floors to find one that worked. Could not sleep in or take naps, because construction started at 8 AM and lasted throughout day. Gym is not functioning due to construction. Was nice they took off the hospitality fee, which was for parking too....but finding a place to park near impossible. It shares a parking lot with three other hotels as well as 4 restaurants. They had two major events at the hotel, that required them to Valet across the street at Target because they ran out of room. Many of our teams parents had to park at Target, because our parking lot was too full. How can you stay at a hotel, and not a have a parking spot for your customers? We did not book this hotel ourselves...but was booked for us due to sporting event rules. If I had the choice on my own to book it, I would pass. Best part of the hotel....the rooms. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Renerations closed parts on Motel I can not believe that this motel could allow guests to stay there when they are doing reverations. It is so noisy and dusty due to jackhammers. YOU CAN NOT ENJOY THE RESORT BUT THEY STILL CHARGE A RESORT FEE February 4, 2014

Location was convenient - Staff were friendly, personable and very professional - Room was excellent - Breakfast buffet was fresh and had a good variety. My only disappointment was the parking ... I could only find space way around the back of the hotel in a shared lot with other businesses. Upon check in I received a valet voucher but I had already parked and carried my luggage about a city block distance to the reception (luckily I travel light). January 20, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Construction, Closures, Cleanliness When we made our reservations, we were unaware the hotel would be under construction due to renovations. That information would have been good to know beforehand as things like the game room were closed leaving my teens without entertainment. Our room's white bedspreads were stained in several places with what looked to be fairly fresh food stains leading me to believe they were not cleaned and replaced since the last occupants, which in turn, led me to question the overall cleanliness of the room. Yuck. Since we made a reservation at the hotel because our volleyball club had reserved a block of rooms there, it would have been nice to have shuttle service to and from the Convention Center and not just to the tourist trap Disney.
