Nice room clean inside. Good staff. WiFi is good. Meeting room easy to find and nothing interrupted the meeting. Restaurant is decent. Not used to these higher prices, but it is Chicago. Minor[More]
glitches was parking is not adequate, and the grounds needed attention. Debris was scattered all over especially near garbage cans. [Less]
Spent the weekend at this Holiday Inn and got much more than I expected. The rooms are clean and new looking, all the typical stuff of a nice hotel. The two things that surprised me the most:
They have a bar on the corner of the building overlooking the river. Probably one of the nicest views of the city!
2. The restaurant had great food! We ended up eating there twice just for the ease of it but both meals were great. And kids 12 and under eat free if you get a coupon from the front desk.
Only complaint was $35 a day parking (typical for Chicago) and there is construction outside that made it a bit of a challenge to get there. But otherwise it was very nice. I'd go back! [Less]
