It seems like they haven't changed linens from previous. It was all wrinkle and smelly. The bath tub had a stain, and toilet was flushed. It seems like someone used the toilet, did not flushed completely.
The worst of all, they charge me hospitality fee when I tried to check in, which never mentioned when I made a reservation via internet. The hospitality fee wasn't much. However,it is matter of a principle. All charges need to be clearly state prior to complete the transaction.

I was part of the hockey group that stayed at your hotel the weekend of February 13-17. I know you cannot control the construction of your building, but I was a bit disappointed. First of all, last year you offered free breakfast to your guests. This year you charged $10 to eat breakfast without letting the same families that stayed there know. I think that is crazy. Secondly, I had to book through a certain link to get a set rate on my room, but the only rooms offered were 2 queen beds. I have 3 small children and that option does not work well for me. There should be choices of 2 queens, King and a sleeper sofa, whatever at different rate prices. I would have been willing to pay more to get the room I wanted. Instead, I had to get a creaky old crib that we could only handle for one night because it kept waking us up every time our child would move during the night. He spent the entire vacation sleeping on the floor. Thirdly, PARKING...absolutely ridiculous. I understand it is essential to your business to cater and host other events. I don't understand why you would ask your paying customers to park at Target or risk getting their cars towed at the restaurants so you can cater to the people who are just there to attend an event and not spending any money at your hotel! On Saturday night, we were forced to park at Joe's Crab Shack and then needed to stay up until 11pm so we could try to find a spot in your parking lot to ensure our car would not be towed. I know the area of your hotel, and I needed to access our car very early the next morning. It is not safe to be a female and having to walk over to Target to access my car, by myself, at 4:30 the next morning. Finally, the fitness center and gift shop. I appreciate the fact that you had passes available to 24-hour fitness and access to the Marriott. What I didn't appreciate was being told my pass to 24- hour Fitness didn't work. Also, I can't imagine how much business you are losing by sending your customers over to the Marriott's gift shop because you don't have the basic essentials available. It just was not a very pleasurable experience and I hope your construction is done soon because I feel sorry for all those who are staying at your hotel until the process is complete. Plus, the fact that you cannot understand some of your customer service representatives doesn't help the matter at all.
