The check in point was very pleasant and welcoming and made us feel relaxed. Our room was very clean, well laid out and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to sleep [更多] well. The cleaning staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. From a full meal to a continental its all awaiting you. The beverage manager, his assistant and all the staff are very professional and helpful always. The main dining area and bar 92 is extremely inviting. The manager, assistant manager, bar manager and all the wait staff are all so professional and pleasant at all times. When we go in we always feel special with the way we are always treated. First time I have stayed at Holiday Inn Sutton and found it extremely good experience. Staff were very pleasant and helpful from front desk to restaurant. I used this hotel as I was doing business in Croydon, hotel booked me a taxi and it took 15-20mins to get to destination. [更少]
