Two Hotel Staff stood out in their OUTSTANDING Customer Service. All others were EXCELLENT. The two are the following: Mr. Ken Remorozo and Mr. Burhan Khan. I have stayed here several time for business trips. The location is extremely convenient to get to the train station, restaurants and shops, and anywhere else you may need to go. [更少]

The only issue I had was the rooms did not have a microwave. They had a refrigerator, great! But when you are traveling sometimes you may bring a little extra food with you that may need to be [更多] heated. The hotel kitchen will not heat what you have due to sanitation issues so you are stuck but other than that the service and hotel was great. This hotel is a definite terrific find and great recommendation just don’t bring food from the outside that you have to heat up before eating. [更少]

Had an excellent stay starting from the time we entered the hotel all the way through the check out process. The staff were overly kind to my wife and I and went above and beyond their required [更多] duties to ensure we were taken care of. We arrived before the check-in time of 3:00PM and had to wait a little while because the front counter was extremely busy chcking out flight crews and guests. Once there was a break from people checking-out the receptionist called us to the desk to check-in. The receptionist was very kind and appologized several times for making us wait (even though we knew that we arrived early and were technically not allowed to check-in prior to 3:00PM). They did everything they possibly could to get us checked-in a soon as they possibly could. The room was spacious and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to terminal 2 at the airport so my wife and I walked over to catch our flight after we checked-out. They do offer a shuttle to the airport but it felt good to stretch our legs before our long flight. Overall we had an excellent experience at this hotel and will make it our first choice whenever we return to the Frankfort airport. [更少]

Second time staying at the hotel, and both times the experience was great! The hotel is conveniently located and has a shuttle service to the airport (which only starts at 6 in the morning). The [更多] restaurant has a decent selection of food for both breakfast and dinner, and the hotel has a grab-and-go brown bag for early flights. The room is of good size for European hotels, and the bed is very comfy. The staff is very friendly (I'd say extremely friendly during my most recent stay), and I received a room upgrade for both stays as a diamond member (even though the first stay was booked last minute after a flight cancellation). The only downside is that the check-in took quite a while. There will be a very long line during rush hours, especially if you arrive on the shuttle. Overall, great experience, and I will certainly return. [更少]
