Perfect location for the Racecourse

I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn - it is literally on the racecourse and was perfect, as this was the reason for booking. We arrived early and went into the restaurant as our room, [更多] naturally, wasn't ready. Prior to ordering, the receptionist came and located us to advise we could check in. We were able to access the racecourse restaurant from the floor we were on in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all efficient and we really liked Jackie, who made our weekend with her banter. The second day of our stay we were going to watch the PDC Darts Grand Slam tournament - there was an App on the reception for ordering a taxi - we used this - the taxi arrived really quickly and you are given a price for the journey before you undertake it. There is plenty of parking for your own vehicle too. We have every intention of booking this hotel again. [更少]

Staff were extremely helpful, particularly the duty manager Shannon. Rooms are clean warm and comfortable. As you would expect with the hotel being on the racecourse everything is a little pricey [更多] but well worth the expense if you want a overnight stay for the races. The rooms are surprisingly quiet considering locality of the course and the restaurant. No hesitation in saying that we'll be back again. [更少]
