We went to stay at your hotel for a music festival that was in the area. It was so relaxing we slept in and got the rest we needed for the day. [更少]

Although the hotel was under construction and some amenities were not available, it was clean and a nice place. The hotel is under renovation so the gyms and pool were unavailable. Check-in was a bit had to find. Still, they upgraded my room to one with a jacuzzi so I didn't mind the lack of a pool. Breakfast [更多] was great with both hot and cold offerings. Even the cinnamon buns were kept warm, which made them irresistible. My only complaint is that the towels were scratchy (needed fabric softener) and the toilet paper was cheap. [更少]

I received great customer service as soon as I arrived at the hotel. I was greeted and felt welcome. I asked for suggestions for where to eat nearby and got a perfect spot to eat which was located [更多] next to the hotel. I only had 2 problems with my stay , my bed was too stiff and the elevator was not working the next morning making it hard to go up and down the stairs. With my disabilities I had trouble going up and down for breakfast and checkout. Other than that I had a great stay at your hotel. [更少]
